Non-Refundable Deposit Policy

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This policy is in place to protect our time and ensure we can provide the highest level of service to all clients.

Deposit Rules & Terms:

Amount: A deposit of $50 is required for window tint or 80% of the total amount for ALL custom services.

Purpose: This deposit holds your spot and goes toward your total service cost.

Non-Refundable: The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or same-day rescheduling.

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 24–48 hours in advance.

Only one reschedule is permitted per deposit, and the new appointment must be scheduled within 30 days of the original date.

Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 25-30 minutes late may forfeit their appointment and deposit at our discretion.

Weather Policy:
If inclement weather prevents us from safely completing the job (for mobile services), we will reschedule your appointment at the earliest availability. Your deposit will be transferred to the new date. -
Vehicle Readiness Clause:
Please ensure your vehicle is clean and free of personal items. Excessively dirty interiors or obstructions may result in service delays or additional fees. -
Final Payment:
The remaining balance is due upon completion of service and must be paid in full before the vehicle is released.
